Kitchen or bathroom remodels typically run 6–12 weeks. ADU builds run 3–5 months. We give you a real timeline up front and hit it — if something changes, you hear about it same day.
Can you provide references from previous clients?
Yes. We have a list of satisfied clients in your city who are happy to vouch for our work. Ask during your free estimate and we'll send references you can actually call.
How do you handle permits and inspections?
We manage all permits and inspections in-house. Every project is compliant with local building codes across Fontana, Rancho, Ontario, and the rest of the IE.
What's your payment schedule?
Broken into clear phases: deposit, progress payments tied to milestones, and a final payment on completion. Full breakdown in your written contract — no surprises.
Do you offer warranties?
Yes. Every job comes with a written warranty on labor and materials. We stand behind our work — if something's off after the fact, we come back.
Can you work within my budget?
Absolutely. We'll itemize options so you know what's essential vs. upgrade. We don't push you into anything you don't need.
