Effective Date: April 18, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how E-Z Contracting (“E-Z Contracting,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit ezcontra.com (the “Site”), request a quote, call us, or otherwise interact with our business. We are a licensed California general contractor (CSLB #1140501) based in Fontana, CA, serving Fontana, Rancho Cucamonga, Ontario, Rialto, Upland, Redlands, and surrounding Inland Empire communities.

2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising in exchange for money.
3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to understand how visitors use our Site and to measure our advertising. The main services we use are:
- Google Analytics 4 (property IDs G-SKS57M6RWF and G-EQDN3BWDSD) — to measure site traffic and user behavior in aggregate.
- Google Ads (conversion tracking ID AW-18016720853) — to measure the performance of our Google Ads campaigns and show relevant ads.
- Google Tag Manager — to manage the tags above.
- First-party WordPress cookies — to keep the Site working correctly (e.g., remembering form inputs).
You can disable cookies in your browser settings. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, and you can adjust your Google ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.
4. How We Share Your Information
We share information only in the following limited ways:
- Service providers that help us run our business — for example, our website host, email provider, form plugin, scheduling tool, and estimating software. These providers are only allowed to use your information to provide services to us.
- Subcontractors and suppliers who need relevant project details (such as address and scope of work) to complete your job.
- Analytics and advertising partners (Google Analytics and Google Ads) as described above.
- Legal and safety — when required to comply with a subpoena, court order, or other legal process; to enforce our agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of E-Z Contracting, our customers, or others.
- Business transfers — if we are ever involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
5. Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as necessary to provide our services, respond to your inquiries, fulfill our contracts, resolve disputes, and comply with our legal obligations (including California contractor record-keeping and tax rules). Marketing inquiries that do not become customers are typically deleted or anonymized after a reasonable period.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA/CPRA”), gives you certain rights regarding your personal information. Subject to verification and certain exceptions, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have collected about you and how we use and share it.
- Access a copy of the personal information we have collected about you.
- Delete personal information we have collected from you.
- Correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
- Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information. We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising outside of the standard Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement described above.
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined under the CPRA.
- Non-discrimination — we will not deny service, charge different prices, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised your privacy rights.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information in the “Contact Us” section below. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, as permitted under California law.
8. Do Not Track
Our Site does not respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals at this time, because no common industry standard for how to respond has been finalized.
9. Children’s Privacy
Our Site and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. Third-Party Links
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites (such as Google Maps, Yelp, the Contractors State License Board, or our social media profiles). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Please review their privacy policies separately.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Effective Date” at the top of this page and, for material changes, may provide additional notice (for example, a banner on the Site). Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective means you accept the updated policy.
